Factories that mold their own seats can usually control the wall thickness and reinforcement more precisely than those buying generic shells from a third party. This matters because a chair that looks identical in a catalog photo may perform very differently in real use. The mold design, the quality of the raw material, and the assembly method are invisible in a picture but determine whether the chair will last five years or fifteen. When you request a quote, ask about the seat material grade, the type of hardware used, and whether the factory has tested the chair for repeated impact or stacking wear.
